Your 1095-A form is available through your Healthcare.gov or HealthSherpa account. You can log in to download it, or contact the Marketplace directly 1-800-318-2596 for assistance. Pixie Health Insurance can help you locate the correct login or support number if needed.
What are your terms and conditions?
Pixie Health Insurance provides plan comparisons, enrollment assistance, and general insurance guidance. Final policy approval, billing, coverage details, and claims are determined by the insurance carrier.
